Return policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return Policy to understand how you can return or exchange your product.

1. Refund conditions

You have the right to return the product within 30 days from the date you received it, under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refund process

To start the refund process, follow these steps:

  2. Our support team will provide you with further instructions and a return address.

  3. Pack the product securely and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

  4. Send the product to the address provided in the instructions.

3. Return costs

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

4. Refund

Once we receive your returned product, we will notify you via email that we have received your item for return. After inspecting the product, we will notify you of the status of your return. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Product replacement

If you would like to exchange the product for the same item, please contact us at rcobuka@gmail.com or +38763206153. Exchange is only possible if the product is available in stock.

6. Exceptions

Some products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that are custom-made or personalized.

  • Products that have been opened and cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons.

  • Digital products and downloadable software.
