MEET PROCNC
In order to present our team to you, we will not use classic examples in which you would find out the names, surnames, and professional titles of our members. We consider that for our client this is not essential data. Instead, see a few examples of our successful projects below. We believe that our works are the best representation of our team's abilities. The FIRST Fiber laser assembled in Bosnia and Herzegovina
The PROCNC team built the first fiber laser for metal cutting in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and delivered it to a local company. This machine has been working full-time for years, cutting over 1000 300x150 cm stainless steel panels per month. With this project, we entered the world of fiber lasers for metal cutting, and we have done many more projects on this topic, from the delivery of complete machines to the installation service of machines from other contractors, as well as renovation projects.
RETROFIT fiber laser
In cooperation with the company Džajkić doo, we renovated a 3 kW fiber laser with a working area of 300x150 cm with a removable working surface. The initial base was a TRUMPF laser that was damaged in a fire. All new electronic parts were installed on the machine, a completely new bridge, and the mechanics were partly renovated and partly refurbished.
Our first ATC CNC
In the video you can watch the testing of our first cnc machine on which we implemented an automatic tool change system. The machine is intended for wood processing, in addition to the standard equipment, there is a tray for 6 tools with an automatic cover that protects the tools from dust, a tool height sensor, a brush for dust extraction is installed on the processing head, which is lifted when changing tools, although at the time of the recording it was not placed.
SHAKING
The video shows a non-CNC device. Our team sometimes accepts challenges that are not in the field of CNC machines if the project seems interesting to us and offers us the excitement of solving the challenge. This is one such example. The client's request was to design and build a device for 20 mobile phones that would simulate the movement of walking or running, with electronics that can adjust the dynamics of the movement.
ROTO FIBER LASER
This is an example of a completely developed machine for the client's needs. The machine is intended for cutting stainless steel pipes in the range of 80-200 mm. The first machine of this type made in BiH. A fiber laser is used for cutting. In the video you can see several tests from the development phase and a test during the delivery of the completed machine.
