CNC 210 lathe

CNC Lathe CNC 210 is specially designed for use in educational processes as well as for hobbyists who want to have a CNC lathe, do not need large positions or have an industrial electrical connection (CNC 210 has a single-phase connection to a classic socket). Large doors with a transparent panel provide excellent visibility during processing and at the same time ensure safety for the observer if an unwanted situation occurs (tool breakage, separation of the workpiece, etc.). The control controller is industrial level, with all modern features, and after acquiring skills on this machine, a simple transition to other machines in this field is enabled. Below we will mention the main features that make this lathe unique:

Main propulsion system

The main motor of the machine directly drives the spindle, there is no gear, simple structure, easy to maintain and the whole assembly is of high reliability. The transmission is carried out by the main motor with DC brushless motor, with speed regulation directly from the code. The positive and negative rotation of the spindle are controlled by the electrical system, with the positive and negative rotation having the same speed.

Mechanism for clamping the workpiece

The configuration of the workpiece clamping mechanism on the machine tool is a three-jaw chuck, with manual clamping. It is also possible to install an American chuck with 4 or more jaws.

Displacement drive system

The displacement movement along the X and Z axes is realized by means of a servo motor (transmission via a pulley). The ball screw and nut are pre-stressed to cancel backlash, allowing for precise backlash-free transmission.

Photoelectric encoder drive system

The main spindle photoelectric encoder is driven by a synchronous belt wheel on the main spindle which drives a synchronous belt wheel on the encoder seat.

Turret head

The machine can use two rows of tool carriers and can be equipped with four electrical stations. The electrical turret locking is directly driven by a built-in motor inside the turret, under direct control of the NC system.

Horse

The horse is manual. The mount is manually locked on the slide (base) according to the eccentric principle, with a manual screw that moves the sleeve of the mount back and forth; by loosening the eccentric locking mechanism, the carriage can be manually moved back and forth. When using the easel for work, it is necessary to lock the sleeve of the easel.
